The Mayor of Tema, Hon. Ebi Bright, has formally received a Performance Contract from the Greater Accra Regional Minister at the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), Accra.

The contract forms part of a region-wide accountability framework for MMDCEs and sets clear targets for accelerated development and improved service delivery.

Over the past few months, the Tema Metropolitan Assembly has laid a strong foundation for transformation by strengthening systems and aligning key priorities. This agreement now provides a structured roadmap to drive visible progress.

Key focus areas include improved sanitation, infrastructure development, enhanced revenue mobilization, and better local economic growth.

Receiving the contract, Hon. Ebi Bright reaffirmed her commitment to results-driven leadership, stressing that Tema will be judged by measurable impact and real improvements in the lives of residents.
