Tema Mayor Hon.Yohane Amarh Ashitey, has commissioned the refurbished Kpotame Community Park at a colourful ceremony held at the U Community in Tema Manhean.
Residents of the Community defied the rains and came out in their numbers to participate in the commissioning ceremony.
