TEMA — The 41st Farmers’ Day celebration came alive with color and gratitude as Hon. Ebi Bright chaired this year’s ceremony, paying glowing tribute to the farmers and fishers whose hard work continues to sustain the nation.

In her remarks, the Mayor praised the resilience of agricultural workers who brave changing weather patterns and economic pressures to keep Ghana’s food systems strong. She reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to supporting farmers through training, technology adoption, and improved market access.

Outstanding farmers were honored across various categories, with the community, traditional leaders, and youth groups joining to celebrate their contributions.
