The Mayor of Tema, Hon. Ebi Bright, on behalf of the President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, & Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, presented a donation to the Muslim community in Tema to mark Eid al-Fitr.
During the event, the Metropolitan Chief Imam led special prayers for the peace, unity, and prosperity of the people of Tema, while also invoking blessings for the nation’s leaders and the continued development of the municipality.
The gesture highlighted the government’s goodwill and the spirit of togetherness as the Muslim community celebrated the end of Ramadan.
