Hon. Ebi Bright, together with engineers, officials from NADMO and other key departments, yesterday conducted a comprehensive assessment of areas affected by flooding in parts of Tema and Tema Newtown following the heavy rains.<\/p>\n
The team visited several flood-prone communities to assess the extent of the damage, identify challenges, and gather information to guide the necessary response measures.<\/p>\n
The assessment provided an opportunity for the technical team to evaluate drainage conditions, the impact on residents, and possible interventions to reduce the recurrence of flooding in the affected areas.<\/p>\n
Hon. Ebi Bright reiterated the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions that will protect lives, property and improve the resilience of communities within Tema.<\/p>\n
