Emmanuel Swanzy Martin as its new Chairman.<\/p>\n<p>Hon. Martin, who was elected at the Council\u2019s recent meeting, now assumes responsibility for steering the affairs of the Tema Central Sub-Metro. His election is expected to strengthen the coordination of Assembly activities and foster improved service delivery for residents in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the ceremony were Mr. John Owu, Coordinating Director of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly, together with members of the various Sub-Committees, who pledged their support to the new Chairman.<\/p>\n<p>In his acceptance remarks, Hon.
