The Danish Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Tom N\u00f8rring, has paid a Courtesy call on the newly appointed Mayor of Tema, Hon. Ebi Bright at her Office in Tema.<\/p>\n
The Ambassador was accompanied by The Sector Counsellor Mathias Thuborg and other Officials from the Embassy.<\/p>\n
In her welcome statement, Hon. Bright expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Ambassador and his team for the visit, which she described as reassuring. She was however quick to add that the existing collaboration between Tema and Aarhus in Denmark, will see a major boost under her tenure as Mayor.<\/p>\n
On his part, Ambassador N\u00f8rring praised the Tema Metropolitan Assembly, for making giant strides in the ongoing Strategic Sector Cooperation (SSC) in Wastewater Management, with Aarhus in Denmark.<\/p>\n
He expressed optimism that the future holds good prospects for the two cities, so far as they both remain committed to achieving the desired results.<\/p>\n
