Tema Mayor, Hon. Yohane Amarh Ashitey, Friday (20th October 2023) embarked on a working tour of over seven Basic Schools in the Metropolis to acquaint himself with the state of the schools and to seek first hand information from both Learners and their Facilitators.
\nThe inspection tour lasted for over five hours, as the Mayor interacted with the learners with the view to having the best appreciation of their peculiar challenges.
\nMayor Ashitey donated furniture to the Naval Base Basic Schools and gave goodies to all the other KGs that he visited.
\nHe was accompanied on the tour by Mrs. Christine Ablakwa and other Officials from the Tema Metro Education Directorate.
