The Tema traditional council educational fund has donated pens, pencils, erasers, fullers, and success cards to over 700 basic education certificate examination (BECE) candidates in the Tema East constituency of the Tema metropolitan assembly.<\/p>\n

Presenting the items to the candidates, Tema Mantse Nii Dr. Adjei Kraku II who is also the president of the Tema traditional council, said the idea behind this presentation is to encourage the candidates to come out of this examination successful.<\/p>\n

He said these candidates are writing external examination for the first time, so they need moral and physical motivation to come out of their fears and examination tension.<\/p>\n

Nii Adjei Kraku II said examination victory is won through hardworking, determination, commitment and focus. He urged the candidates to put in their possible best in these examination. Nii said “education is your future and a tool to development” adding “we want you to be MPs, ministers of state, MCEs, and responsible citizens in future, that is why we are here to tell you, you can make it”.<\/p>\n

Nii Tema made the call when he addressed over 700 BECE candidates from 5 basic schools at Tema Manhean Anglican church. The schools include; Tema Manhean Anglican basic school, Manhean TMA I basic school, Manhean TMA II basic school, Adjetey Ansah basic school, and Presby Academy basic school.<\/p>\n

The short but motivated ceremony was attended by Elders of the Tema traditional council, head teachers, teachers, BECE candidates, and the Clergy.<\/p>\n
