(b) assist and facilitate provision of community care services including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>registration of persons with disabilities;<\/li>\n<li>assistance to the aged;<\/li>\n<li>social welfare services;<\/li>\n<li>hospital welfare services;<\/li>\n<li>assistance to street children, child survival and development;
