Solomon Noi<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading\" ><h3 style=\"text-align: left !important;font-family:Roboto !important;font-weight:400 !important;font-style:normal\" >Head Of Waste Department<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner vc_custom_1524695671690\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The Waste Management Department has been mandated to provide facilities, infrastructura1 services and programmes for effective and efficient waste management for the improvement in environmental sanitation, the protection of the environment and the promotion of public health.<\/p>\n<p>The Department shall<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>service toilets and dispose of human waste collected from public and private sanitary facilities;<\/li>\n<li>provide technical support to the Metro.
