TMA's application forms in quadruplicate are sold at the Metro Co-ordination Directorate, TMA Head Office, Tema
Application forms duly completed by registered advertisers/applicants shall be submitted to TMA head office for site inspection and consideration for approval by the Technical Committee.
Applicants are then expected to pay a prescribed fee to the Head Office and also procure an approved number plate
Applicants would then have to mount the adverts under the supervision of an Officer of the Metropolitan Works Department.
Premium areas including overhead/footbridges will be leased to interested advertising companies
All adverts within the confines of public transport terminals and recreational grounds such as train stations, airports, sports stadium, are to attract a lump sum free, subject to TMAs Fee-fixing Resolutions and Policy decision.
